Provisional privacy policy

We collect name, email, optional city or beach and consent only to manage interest and send project updates. When hosted on Netlify, submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. No payment or sensitive information is requested.

Before public lead collection is activated, the operator must complete its legal name, contact address, channel for access, correction, deletion and consent withdrawal requests, retention period and processor terms. These policies are provisional drafts pending those details.
